Brilliant Indian restaurant. A gem for anyone out past the West End. Never fails to provide taste sensations and leftovers can be bagged up for a mid-week treat. Was listening to the Lizzy whilst eating made me thing of a nice mural from somewhere else.

Great, friendly and timely service. Chatty and attentive staff. Was a bit warm but lovely atmosphere and nice and clean, including the toilet. The food was amazingly well prepared and authentic. The spiced onions were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and the garlic mushroom poori amazing. Despite the takeaway being really busy, our food in the restaurant was still swift and delicious. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

Absolutely lovely food. They cater for parties as well and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the food, friendly communication and great service. Food here tastes exactly like eating at a restaurant in India and that's the highest praise I can give to any Indian restaurant in the UK. We will definitely be back for more!

I've eaten in the restaurant three times and had many carry-outs. Everything I've eaten has been excellent. The dishes are noticeably different, ie not some bland sauce. The nan is fresh and crispy where it needs to be. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. A proper local restaurant that beats that is a pleasure to visit.

June 2024 update: still a great place to get tasty food at a decent price. I previously had a dosa here but that was not available tonight, but what I had (Ra Ra Gosht and garlic naan) was delicious! Since it's out the way, you might not stumble across this charming wee place. That would be a terrible shame, as the quality and variety of food on offer here is fantastic. My recommendation is to try the lamb tandoori- when I had it, it came out sizzling and had an unbeatable flavour!
